Rectangular Base Stands The white version of this Base is particularly useful for titrating. The rectangular base measures 156 x 230 mm (6 x 9 in) with 4 holes to accept 13 mm (1/2 in) diameter rods. Two thumbscrews are provided. It is available with or without a single 600 mm (23.6 in) long, 13 mm (1/2 in) diameter stainless steel rod. The standard 1.5 kg (3.3 lb) base or extra-heavy 3 kg (6.6 lb) base, for added stability, both have four neoprene feet for sure footing. The sockets go entirely through the base so that two bases can be stacked if extra stability is required.
