Normal Phase Chromatography Spin Columns

Normal phase chromatography uses a spin column packed with a stationary polar phase, and a non-polar mobile phase is passed through the column. Molecules with similar polarities attract one another causing the least polar compounds to elute first as the more polar compounds are held by the polar matrix. These polar compounds can then be released through the addition of an elution buffer.

Normal phase chromatography uses a spin column packed with a stationary polar phase, and a non-polar mobile phase is passed through the column. Normal Phase packing materials include: Silicam Cyano (CN), Amino (NH3), PHEA (Polyhydroxyethyl Aspartamide) and PVOH (Polyvinylalcohol)

Ultra-Micro Spin Columns- 

Sample volumes: 10 μl - 25 μl.

Each column includes two 2 ml centrifuge tubes with top caps

 

Micro Spin Columns 

Sample Volumes: 25 - 75 μl.

Each column includes two 2 ml centrifuge tubes with top cap 

 

Macro Spin Columns 

Sample volumes: 75 - 150 μl.

Each column includes two 2 ml centrifuge tubes and top and bottom caps.

 

96-Well Micro Spin Columns

Sample Volumes: 25 - 75 μl

Includes two 96-Well collection plates (1.1 ml per well).
