Replacement Lids for Water Baths
These lids fit with the water baths for the thermocirculators. There are multiple options available depending on tank size and material.
With set temperatures between 60ºC and 100ºC, as well as below room temperature, a lid or layers of polypropylene spheres should be used to help maintain the temperature of the water bath. Set temperatures of above 100ºC always require the use of a lid.
Lids help not only to maintain temperature by preventing heat loss, they also help to reduce evaporation and avoid contamination of samples.
