These small Endoscopes are ideal instruments to visualize the inner surfaces of small animals without surgery. The image of the internal surface is transmitted via video technology. For the rigid scope, a rod lens system is positioned in the distal end of the endoscope. For the flexible scope a fiber optic lens system with video chip is positioned in the distal (looking at the object to be examined) side of the endoscope and transfers an electrical signal to the video processor and monitor.
The 2.7 mm diameter Rigid Endoscopes are autoclaveable and are available in two lengths and two view angles. The Flexible Endoscope is not autoclaveable, but is soakable. Light source not included. Smaller Endoscopes are available, pleae call Customer Service.
