Fluidic Connection Kits
Three different Fluidic Connection Kits are available: the Fused Silica Connection Kit, the Teflon Connection Kit and the Stainless Steel Connection Kit.
The Fused Silica Fluidic Connection Kit is ideal for low dead volume (20-90 nl) and small chip volume requirements. This kit contains five meter capillaries (375 µm OD, 150 µm ID), five ferrules and nuts. The Teflon Fluidic Connection Kit is resistant to high temperatures and is ideal for low friction requirements. This kit contains five meter capillaries (1/16" OD, 250 µm ID), five ferrules and nuts. The Stainless Steel Fluidic Connection Kit is ideal for experiments where a solid connection is required. This kit contains five pieces of 50 cm tubing (1/16" OD, 250 µm ID), five ferrules and nuts.
Connect the Fluidic Connect 4515 and the Microfluidic Chips to external equipment, such as a pump. Every connection in the Chip Holder can be handled and tightened separately, making sure leak tight connections are realized in every configuration.
