These rugged stainless steel Tethers and End-Plates are for use with the 3-Channel Fluid Swivels described to the left. They are used to connect the Swivel to an animal jacket, see Large Animal Jackets. Designed to protect the catheter from damage and interference, the Tethers are constructed from a flexible, interlocking stainless steel coil. Aluminum end-pieces have set screws which fit into the corresponding slot on the Swivel and the Tether End-Plate. The Tether End-Plate connects the Tether to a reinforced anchoring point mounted on an Animal Jacket. The End-Plate is manufactured from a single piece of stainless steel providing a durable and reliable connection to
the jacket.
