• Pads reach approximately 36°C (97°F) when placed on a steel table in room with an average tempera-ture of 21°C (70°F)
• For use with Large Animal Operating Tables, see pages D8 and D9

Place these vinyl pads on the operating table beneath the animal to reduce the risk of hypothermia caused by anesthesia and operative shock.
Uniform heat is supplied by 5 cm (2 in) wide low voltage stainless steel heater bands that deliver 10 watts per square foot. The heater bands are encased in a smooth vinyl pad making the pad completely waterproof. There are no ridges or grooves to trap dirt.
Two sizes are available. The small size measures 33 x 58.5 cm (13 x 23 in). The large size measures 33 x 102 cm (13 x 40 in). Each barrier is supplied with its own low voltage transformer with a 2 m (6 ft) grounded power cable and a 2 m (6 ft) lead to the pad. The pad disconnects from the power cable for easy cleaning and storage. The transformer is sealed in strong polybutadiene rubber to protect it from abuse.
