These low density polyethylene Elizabethan Collars are both tough for durability and soft and pliable enabling the animal to eat, drink, and move about comfortably. The neck opening is padded with soft vinyl foam.
Three types are available:
1. Lightweight, 0.5 mm (0.020 in) thick Collars for rodents with Velcro closure
2. Lightweight, 0.5 mm (0.020 in) thick Collars for rabbits with one row of snap fasteners
3. Standard, 1.5 mm (0.060 in) thick Collars for rabbits, cats, and dogs with two rows of snap fasteners
The Lightweight Collars with Velcro closure for rodents allow the Collar to be snugly adjusted. (Not suitable for Mice, see below.) The Lightweight Collars for rabbits have one row of 3 rustproof snap fasteners mounted halfway between the inner and outer edge of the Collar. These fasteners provide adjustment of the neck opening.
The Standard Collars for rabbits, cats and dogs have 6 rustproof snap fasteners, 3 mounted on the inner edge and 3 on the outer edge of the collar, to adjust the neck opening.
