Reusable Flow-Thru Dialyzer Individual Chambers

The Flow-Thru DIALYZER is a unique system for the rapid dialysis of sample volumes from 20 µl to 100 ml. It provides a large surface area for Flow-Thru on-line dialysis with minimal sample loss. The entire dialysis unit is made of PTFE, an inert material, and has two separate serpentine channels superimposed on each other and separated by a dialysis membrane. The length of each channel is about 700 mm. Five different chambers are available (20 µl, 75 µl, 150 µl, 300 µl and 600 µl). Chambers of different volumes can also be superimposed on each other for specific applications.
With the Flow-Thru DIALYZER more than 90% of salts or small molecµles can be dialyzed from a sample in one cycle (about 10 minutes). Cycles can be repeated automatically through the use of continuous flow systems and the entire dialysis unit can be submerged in a water bath for constant temperature dialysis.
