The blades consist of two different metals - the fixed blade is stainless steel, the movable blade is bronze - ensuring excellent cut and avoiding scuffing tendency because of the excellent antifriction properties of these two metals. Spare blades are available.

A security guard ensures that the movable blade stays up when guillotine is not in use so that no unexpected movement down may take place. Protecting cover and locking devices provide a maximum of safety for the user.

The entire unit is completely washable. No need to disassemble.

Also ideal for cutting plastic tubing.
