The ROM-B Output Module is an 8-channel BNC output of the PLUGSYS measuring system for connecting external recording or evaluation systems. The module is normally installed at the rear of a PLUGSYS case. It is an alternative to the central output ROM-C module.
Either the signals AV1-8 or the signals AV9-16 are taken out via the 8-channel output connector module ROM-B. The maximum arrangement is therefore 2 ROM-B for the 16 AV lines, 73-1631 for AV1- AV8 and 73-1632 for AV9 to AV16.
The output modules ROM-C (73-1639) and ROM-B can be combined in any way. The outputs of ROM-C and ROM-B are then connected in parallel; there is no provision for de-coupling through output amplifiers.
To connect ROM-B to the ROM-A module (73-1684) a ROM-C is necessary. The ROM-B module can be connected directly to ROM-DL or via a ROM-C module. For more information, see the Recording Output Standard Set.
